Order
The customer has to fill in the requested information during the order. If this information is not communicated to us, the customer is informed for 3 working days. If this situation continues, the requested information is automatically completed and the product is delivered to the customer.
Payment
The customer declares that he has purchased the product by completing the payment process. The payment must be made by the customer himself! The customer cannot pay on behalf of another person or someone else cannot pay on behalf of the customer! When a suspicious payment transaction is detected, Account.RENT may request documents proving this payment from the customer.
Payment Cycle
For services with a payment cycle, the customer has to pay for the service after the invoice is issued. If the payment is not completed, the current product will be cancelled.
Usage
The usage patterns of the products are available on the order page. The responsibility for the use of the delivered product belongs entirely to the customer. The customer can use the product within the specified frameworks.
Warranty & Compensation
Our products are guaranteed and can be exchanged in case of any problems. This problem is examined by Account.RENT and if there is no problem, the warranty conditions are applied.
Security
After Account.RENT delivers the product to the customer; The safety measures related to the product belong entirely to the customer. Every action that the customer will take after the information given is under his own responsibility. Forgot password etc. In such cases, the customer himself is liable.
Order Forms
The information in the order forms can be shared with third parties according to the product type. No information other than the specified information is shared or transmitted. Account.RENT cares about your privacy!
Brand Rights
The customer cannot in any way humiliate, humiliate or make slanderous addresses to Account.RENT. If such events are detected, all products belonging to the customer will be stopped and their account will be suspended. Account.RENT serves everyone with respect!
